Body-camera video released after toddler escapes daycare, runs onto highway in Fruitland Park

Body-camera footage shows the investigation into a June 12 incident in Fruitland Park, where a 2-year-old boy escaped from Luv N Hugs Learning Center and ran onto U.S. Highway 27. It led to a child-neglect charge against a daycare employee.
